Please note, we add 3% to any credit card transaction so we don't have to raise our prices (we haven't in 9 years!).

We board horses too. If you need a place to put up your own trusty steed, our farm and barn are the perfect place. Boarding rates run about $250/month, depending on your needs. Call us to make arrangements or if you need more info.
Please select your (2) favorite horses for your trail ride. If you do not pick a horse we will be happy to select one for you. You can request your horse selection by emailing us. Ride info is on the "Book a Date" page

THERE ARE OTHER HORSES TO CHOOSE FROM UPON YOUR ARRIVAL!

"Bogie" a Tennessee Walking horse, both beautiful and healthy. Great trail horse, we do accuse him of having A.D.D. sometimes, though. : )

storm
"Storm"

Storm is a buckskin quarter horse.  She is suitable for many levels of adult rider but prefers the less timid rider as she is a very responsive mare.

"Diesal"
Diesal is a great riding horse for the heftier rider!! His disposition is gentle but he handles like a Diesal- he likes to be in the front and he is so big that the other horses move
out of his way! No kids please.
spoon
"Teaspoon"
Teaspoon: Adults and children alike fall in love with this easy going quarter horse. The hardest part is resisting the temptation to let him sneak a bite of grass on the trail! Gypsy
"Gypsy"
Gypsy: Laid back gal, great with kids and beginners.

  ashrose
"Oreo"
Oreo is one of the most lethargic horses we've ever seen. This horse isn't going anywhere fast, but a great trail horse. baby slick
"Flicka"
Flicka is Derrick's oldest daughter's horse, she can speed up or go slow, very responsive.
Spirit
"Spirit
Spirit is a great ride for all levels of rider.  Named after the movie "Spirit Stallion of the Cimarron", he is a wonderful babysitter for timid children and adults and will magically change personality for the experienced rider. derrickandjeb
"Jeb" !!!!

Jeb is Derrick's personal mount. Together they spend quite a bit of time participating in re-enactments of the War Between The States.  During his off time, Jeb enjoys carrying all levels of riders through our many trails!
Sunny
"Sunny"
Sunny is a good size horse. She has no problems going... not lazy at all. Winnie
"Winnie"
Winnie is extremely laid back, great with kids and beginners.
Cupid
"Cupid

Cupid is our Big Boy, he is like a caterpillar of the horse world. This one is for our hefty riders.

"Forrest Gump"
Forrest Gump: "Run Forrest Run!" Forrest has to be in his number two spot on the trail. He is a young horse with a lot of spunk. He is also one of my strongest horses. He got his name from a local farrier who said that he was one of the dumbest horses he'd ever met. In reality he is very smart and just got the best of Mr. Farrier. He is for those who like a little spunk.
Rolling Thunder
 "Rolling Thunder
Thunder is a beautiful white walking horse and is what the Indians call a medicine hat paint. Very unusual, they were sacred by Native Americans and were ridden by Chiefs in the tribes or by Medicine men. They were considered to have supernatural powers. Well, I don't know about all that but Thunder is sweet and a great horse for all level of riders

"Polly"
Polly is a spunky Paint mare for the experienced rider. Get ready to hold on as you smoothly gait through the trails. Riders with some experience please! :-)
